Nicole grew up in rural Saskatchewan and moved to Saskatoon to attend the Bachelor of Education Program at the University of Saskatchewan. After convocation, she moved to Southern Saskatchewan where she taught until the end of the 2004 school year.
Leaving teaching and Southern Saskatchewan, Nicole moved back to Saskatoon and has now spent the last 21 years in the Group Benefits and Personal Insurance/Investment Industry focusing mainly on Group Benefit Plans with additional services such as Retirement Accounts and Personal Insurance Lines.
During those 21 years, Nicole became a partner in 2009 and moved to Regency Advisory Corporation to focus on the small to mid-sized benefits market. Nicole continued to work with Regency until October 2019 when they were acquired by HUB International. Nicole was the Branch Manager of the SK Employee Benefits division where she continued to work until August 2025, leading her team in providing excellent benefit solutions and personal plan options to the residents of Saskatchewan and beyond.
Nicole currently lives in Allan, Saskatchewan where she is active on both the town and RM Councils along with playing an active role at the Allan Composite School. She organizes various extracurricular activities for all ages and sits on many boards and sports teams. With her husband Scott and their three boys, they spend all the free time they can at their campsite at Emma Lake or travelling to sunny destinations.
