Focusing on overall health we aim to create balance of body, mind and spirit. Using mindful movement through yoga as well as therapeutic healing practices like reflexology, we encourage participants to listen to their bodies, making conscious choices to support homeostasis of the body.
OUR PHILISOPHY
We encourage our participants to notice how they move and listen to their own bodies. To make choices in their exercise and lives that will serve their individual wants, needs and desires. To increase their strength and flexibility for no other reason than to be strong and flexible enough to continue doing the things they love to do. Whether that be keep up with kids and grandkids, a sport, or to travel the world.

As we continue to grow so will our offerings. Our current monthly schedule boasts live on-line classes, 6 days a week with options for the whole family. PLUS access to recorded play back of classes. Membership is per family (in the same home). We have NO SIGN UP FEE; NO MINIMUM CONTRACT; and ACCESS WORLDWIDE (you just need internet connection)
